TalentLink Krakow is a premium European model and talent representation platform. The site is operated by JP Property Consultancy. For privacy questions or data requests contact us at jon@agencyrecon.co.uk.

This website is intended for a professional adult audience — agencies, brands, photographers, and models aged 18 and over. Portfolio imagery on this site may include mature fashion, lifestyle, and editorial content presented in a professional context.

What we collect and why

Talent applications and enquiries

When you submit the join form or send a talent enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, city, work type, portfolio URL, and message. If you tick the privacy consent checkbox, you confirm agreement to this notice. This data is submitted via Netlify Forms and delivered to us so we can review your application or respond to your booking request. Do not submit sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for a professional talent enquiry.

Email contact

If you contact us using a mailto link on this site, your email client handles that communication directly. We receive whatever you choose to send us by email.

Cookie and local storage

We use a single local storage entry to remember whether you have accepted our cookie notice. This is not used for advertising or profiling.

Clearing your browser data removes this preference and the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.

Third-party processors

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.

Lawful basis for processing

• Consent — when you tick the privacy checkbox and submit a form, or accept the cookie notice
• Legitimate interest — responding to professional enquiries from agencies and talent, and operating a portfolio showcase for legitimate business purposes
• Contract — where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a representation or booking agreement

Data retention

• Form submissions and enquiry correspondence are retained for as long as needed to process your request and manage any ongoing professional relationship
• Records relating to talent representation may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and business purposes
• Local browser storage persists until you clear it manually

International transfers

Our hosting provider Netlify may process data outside the UK and EEA. Netlify operates under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses. See their privacy policy for details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your personal data or form submissions, email jon@agencyrecon.co.uk with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address you used when contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.

Age restriction

This website is directed at adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our forms, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We will update this page when our data practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised.
