Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Jon Pulman, operating a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG) under the business name Jon Pulman Property Consultancy.

What this website is

TalentLink Krakow is a portfolio website service for independent models and photographers. talentlinkkrakow.pl is a live demonstration of the websites we build.

• All photographs and videos on this site are stock images licensed from Unsplash. They do not show our clients or anyone represented by us.
• We do not run castings, offer jobs or bookings, or represent models or other talent.
• Quotes are free. You only pay if you accept a written quote for a website.

What we collect and why

Quote request form

If you submit the form on this site, we receive:

• your name and email address (required, so that we can reply);
• your city, whether you are a model or photographer, a link to your current portfolio or Instagram, and your message (optional).

We use this information only to reply to your request and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote for a website. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your data for marketing. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health data or identity documents, in your message.

If you become a client

If you accept a quote, we also process the details needed to carry out the work and invoice you, such as your billing name, address and tax details.

Email

If you email us, for example by using a link on this site, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you.

Server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

Analytics, cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. This site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, so it does not show a cookie banner.

Lawful basis for processing

• Quote requests — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Client work — performing our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Invoices and accounting records — complying with Polish tax and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Replying to emails — our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Server logs — our legitimate interest in running the website and keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary. However, we cannot reply to you unless you give us your name and email address.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data or share it with others for their own purposes. We use these service providers to run the site:

This site links to our Instagram profile. Instagram is not embedded on this site, so Meta receives no data from your visit here. If you follow the link, Meta’s own privacy policy applies.

International transfers

Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection. Netlify and Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Both companies are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Their data processing terms also include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.

How long we keep your data

• Quote requests and emails — deleted 12 months after our last contact with you if you don't become a client. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client records — kept for the duration of our work together. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Polish tax law requires, generally five years from the end of the tax year they relate to.
• Server logs — kept by Netlify for a limited period, in line with its retention policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Portability — receive data you gave us in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interest

To use any of these rights, email jon@bricktechkrakow.com. To ask for deletion, use the subject line “Delete my data” and tell us the email address you used to contact us. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Age restriction

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if our data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
